 Old mining building above Leadville, CO taken as the sun was first hitting it. I got up early to go take the shot which is something I had wanted to do for some time. I got lost in the dark trying to find it and barely made it in time. The weather was pretty chilly at this elevation which had to be around 12,000 feet above sea level. If you have never been on a mountain top at sunrise or dusk you should try it, it is a magical time of day and the views are tremendous.

Grog love rocks, especially rock music. Grog go to rock concert. Grog have good time. Dance with many females, drink much, bring down house. Grog call insurance agent Monday.

Awesome. I love all the dead shacks you see in forgotten rural areas. (Sometimes in not-so-forgotten rural areas.) I really like the color treatment, the deep DOF, and the composition--all around a very solid photo.

Love the mountains...shack distracts for me. Not a flattering angle on the shack for the great lighting to hit. Rockies?
