That's the Key Bridge! And my alma mater in the background, so probably taken from Roosevelt Island. Bonus point for familiarity ;-) But nice light and color, so I'd like it even if I didn't recognize it.

horizon looks skewed,,,light is nice, processing is ok...the bottom quarter of this could be cropped

my guess is this is HDR. However, I like that the technique was well applied and it was applied in an appropriate situation. Great image.
