 I am shocked at how high the image quality for this is considering how SEVERELY I cropped this. This is maybe a quarter of the original image.
Clearly it did affect the sharpness of the hummingbird, but not as much as I expected. I sharpened the bejesus out of him, and its noticeable, but hopefully the 3 second voter won't notice.

I had another image that was higher quality and that I much preferred to this one, but while it followed the thirds rules, the subject did not rest on the sweet spot where the vertical and horizontal thirds lines intersect, and after asking several people, I decided not to go with it.
This one is lower quality but fits the challenge better, and I think it will score higher. Lets hope that I made the right choice.
