Love it when everything lines up, don't you? Marvelous image. Very tender and intimate. Congrats on the placement and the bling. |

this was my highest score (9) along with the DQ-ed Dark Knight. Excellent, natural shot evoking the spirit of movies from the golden era of 50's and 60's. JJ is right, the only thing which I would change is to re-crop it. There are very few movies shot in portrait format :)
congrats on your Top 10!

Lovely shot, Miss T I presume. I find the fingers, while crucial to the shot, are a little busy or prominent. Still, a great interpretation. |

The facial expression seems perfect. I like the processing, especially the dark lower third, seems to enhance the top. lovely image. |

Wrote a longer comment on this and now I've somehow lost it in looking back over my favourite entries before voting ends. You almost ended up with just a full stop for a comment! It's a very convincing 'classical' photograph in style, and very well done too. Beautiful. Thank you. |

Nice angle. Have you tried to square crop it from the bottom? |

I haven't seen the movie, but this does evoke the time. This is one of very, very few shots that actually seem like a movie still.

Ribbon. Looks like a genuine movie still... or maybe it is? I love the black colors, the strong white on her face and shoulder... and the mirror in the back completes the scene. 10 from me. |
