National Highway Number 3 is the elevated freeway in the picture. It runs 430km from Keelung to Pingtung where this was shot. The road below is primarily for local traffic and motorcycles. The water in the drain is farm water run off. There is a nice shady bike path under this freeway on the other side of the hedges. I shot this while biking in the morning.
