 My reason for picking this image as my best, is the simplicity, the contrast, the graphical nature of the composition with the vine echoing the line of lights, and finally the quiet welcoming mood of the image. I don't get tired of this shot, the way I do with the more sensational images. Also I have been working all year on observation, and trying to see art wherever I might be.

Technically a good shot of the porch light. But I don't follow the purpose of the shot - and the title does not help me.
