 This is right after I did some online tutorial on how to use my camera. There was one on how to do long exposures so I borrowed a friends tripod and went out to see what I could get. I still don't know a whole lot about long exposures so I don't know how successful this is.

I did a re-edit today. I tried to sharpen it up a bit and get rid of some of the noise. I don't really know if it even helped. Overall I like this image, but think in a re-shoot it could be better any suggestions?

I like the faint view of the mountains in the background. Painting some light onto a few of the flowers in the foreground might be kind of neat.

I love the deep blues you accomplished in this image. I like long exposures and I hardly ever go out and do them. I think, however, you have inspired me to go give it a try :)
