I can't believe I did this. What was I thinking?! :)

Ah well, my other self portrait scored a 5.4. Looks like this one will be about the same. I think I need to give up on this genre and stick to birds. :)

Speaking of birds...

I keep avoiding portraits in my home, because I don't have good backdrop options, and it seems like household backgrounds make it a snapshot.

Anyway, I kept looking at the Got Milk? ads, and many of them were environmental portrait type backgrounds. So I took down the painting I had hanging here and moved some pictures over. I figured that only a handful of people would recognize me, so I had to add in a bluebird photo... I couldn't resist!

Kudos to Fiora for spotting it!! :)

I'd like if the model was a bit more either in or out of focus, but your overall concept is strong. The stream of milk is a teeny bit jagged, perhaps due to sharpening? Anyway, cool photo!

The stash shows up nice and clear but I was a little taken a back by the pouring of the milk - then I remembered, yes they do make cups that look like lens LOL

It always ticks me off so much when people use themselves or someone very recognizable in their images. Those users should be banned. ;) Funny shot. But as beautiful are the pics behind you they are causing the image to be a bit out of balance. And did you actually pay the 65 bucks for the lens cup?

If there was any doubt who this was in the picture, the back wall more than makes it clear :-)
The image is kind of non sequitur, but the image quality is good, and the title gave me a good laugh. 6
