 This is the old bazaar in Skopje. You can't take this shot in summer, this place is crowded day and night. Its winter time eeriness though, is very appealing.

There are lots of 100-year old places around here - mosques, Turkish baths, and the Church of Holy Salvation (my entry). So, I was walking around looking for old things, when this scene stopped me. What makes it worth a look for me, is how the view is guided along the centerline, to the place where you decide between the dark street to the right or the light on the left.

The title was a gift :).

I like this, the way that I am pulled into the scene, the black and white is very effective

It speaks Emptiness to me, and thus I would ask the driver to move the car next time, but meanwhile maybe clone it out in post. The dark/light play is awesome.

I love that the lights are on at the far end and it's darker at the front. Great way to lead your eyes into the scene. Very photogenic little street and you did a really nice job of framing and b/w conversion.

The car and the one sign to the left (floor-sign) look so out of place. The scene is beautiful though.

Beautiful old place. The light and the lines are wonderful and you did a great conversion to B&W. The modern car is a nice addition.
