Good use of color. The exposure is nice too, but burning the background elements a bit would add separation between the subject and the surroundings, especially the white object to the right of the man's face.

Cool. Nice image along with the perfect title for your album. The text on the neck strap is the only thing that doesn't quite seem to fit.
