 A yearling buck testing his mettle, by showing a fawn who's the boss. I had tossed an apple on the ground and apparently they are worth behaviour like this!

WOOT! Top 20 in a Free Study! And with only Basic level editing ;-)

The aggressor may in fact be a doe, and not a yearling buck as I first assumed. A daily visitor to the area told me that the does can be much pushier when it comes to food. Either way, this deer wasn't letting that fawn have any apple!
