Convert to dng so Lightroom 1.4 can load it (used Sofia's camera, much newer than mine)

Clarity and vibrance and curves in Lightroom
Spot blemish removal, sharpen, airbrush filter and nik silver efex in PS

If I remember correctly I have seen this beautiful young lady before and she is your daughter. Beautiful girl and a beautiful portrait. She has an amazing graceful swanlike neck.

She has gorgeous big eyes & an elegant long neck in this lovely portrait. The B&W really plays up those features - I instantly thought of the classic photo shot of Twiggy when I saw this. Simple, elegant and well done portrait of this young lady.
