Great photo but DNMC - looks balanced to me
On second pass - although the lights at the bottom are strong they are counter-balanced by the stars, so maybe not DNMC after all but still a 6 as before |

| i dont really understand what is meant by balance, so i have just been looking at this as a free study, that being said, i didnt think anything could be as cool as the shot i just voted on prior to this one....i was wrong. |

| I just don't see what you feel is out of balance. It seems almost symmetrical. |

| I suppose the proportion of night sky is out of balance with earth. Although, I'm not sure I'd compose this any differently, so I guess it is effective. Great job! |
