It's amazing that no one noticed that the fireworks were in basically the same "shape" as the bridge !

Sorry about the DQ. This is a great image. Seems like most everyone has a little trouble at first with developing procedures that don't alter the EXIF data on the original. Don't get discouraged.

Aw nuts! This has happened a LOT recently, to first timers who don't realize the importance of that original. But you're off to a great start, so DON'T stop submitting, please!!!

Gorgeous colors. Congrats on your ribbon.

This is precisely the kind of thing of image I want to see on the home page. Not just fireworks in the sky and illuminating surrounding buildings, but one step further and get the reflections of the fireworks in any available water. Great work and congrats.

It looks like 1st. place to me. It's an amazing capture with perfect control of exposure and lens speed... an absolutely gorgeous image!

Exactly -- that "hand of God" image through the bridge ought to get you published somewhere.

I love the double value you got from the reflections. We got our fix of fireworks watching the Sydney extravaganza on TV.Brilliant wasn't it?
