 My first idea was to melt the chocolate (kinder surprise!!), but it did not melt as I expected. Fortunately, it gave the chocolate that shiny and tasty look.

Using photoshop, I added a bit of noise and adjusted the colors and hue/saturation to make it sepia.

i would have voted much higher for this one if it wasn't for the grain. i like the simpleness, the almost monochramatic effect and the composition.

Hmmm...I love the composition of this, but the noise/grain is bothersome and really detracts from it.

It is grainy, but I like the grain in this picture, it gives it interesting texture. This almost feels like a picture in a newspaper...

Did you paint the egg? or is that a chocolate shaped egg? the photo is a bit grainy but a good idea!

The egg is slightly out of focus....I'd have prefered the egg to be sharpely in focus. good idea. I would have tried to remove the reflection of the egg as well.

Where is the strawberry of the advertisement? :-)
The idea is good but the photo is too noisy and the egg is out of focus (was it your intention?)

Awesome shot, pity on all the noice in the photo and also the top of the egg gives the impression as if there was camera shake.

Too noisy!! I dont think it's intended grain. To me the foucs seems on the wire, not the chocolate egg.

I would have liked to have seen it in color. It really doesnt portray chocolate to me. Im not saying it doesnt meet the challenge. Just saying that the chocolate egg just doesnt look like chocolate in the b/w toned colors.

The shadows on the chocolate egg distract me a bit. If this was a higher quality shot, this would be an amazing photograph. I really like it, though, even though the quality isn't up to par. 8.
