I agree about the contrast but this is really a great shot (and I'm not just saying that because I live in South Florida and rarely see beautiful fall colors like this!).

I feel like I'm sneaking underneath the fall coverage, perhaps playing hide and seek. Beautiful colors and perspective.

I think a little more contrast would help the colors pop even more. But non-the-less, its a well captured image. love fall colors.

You really did a nice job capturing the colors off fall. I love the dark colored bark, that contrasts with the light in the leaves.
