 Marbles balanced on aged and discarded 30-06 bullet shell casings, in a metal cake pan. I cropped, lightened the shadows, darkened the highlights, upped the saturation a bit and added a touch of sharpening. Then I resized it and saved it for the web per the tutorial - I like those tutorials!

i thought this was a great shot. gave this a 6, but too lazy to comment. i like the simplicity of the composition, and the literally two-color presentation.

This is awesome.
Not the best in terms of technicalities (ie, the flash is a bit too harsh reflecting), but you get extra point because the colours are literally complementing each other!
