 This shot was taken at the 2010 Albuquerque Balloon Festival. I stood on the field under these balloons that filled the sky above me as they launched. It was amazing to see 100 balloons fly over me. They were close enough to touch the baskets, talk to the pilots and crews along with being able to get my camera up close and personal with Darth Vader.

This is an event made for photographers. I see some of the balloons that were there in 06. It's a grand experience. One of the balloons landed next to me, and it turned out that they were from less than 100 miles from my home in Florida. We became friends and still connect often.
It looks like you were having a great day there too. Good image.
