 Again, I'm not really sure this is what the category had in mind, but it was taken between 12pm and 2pm during mid-day sun. The mid-day sun was harsh, so I used it to illuminate the leaf as a backlight. It also helped to create the nice bokeh in the background leaves.

Either way, I really liked the image, so that's really all that matters. :)

Lots for the viewer's eye to take in here. First, the brilliant color and detail of the foreground leaves, then the vibrant bokeh of the background. Well composed and captured.

Great colors and DOF. Like the composition keeping the in focus leaves on the one side and the out of focus background with the colors on the other side.
