Handcuffs around a barbell. Barbell elevated above the surface a couple inches. Surface is black poster board. Light from a flash with a homemade snoot high camera left; flashed through a grid/cover from box fan to try to get the shadows across the cuffs and barbell. I first used a cooking rack as the cookie, but the shadows were too far apart. Then went to the cover of the box fan. I wanted harder shadows but I ran out of time and didn't have more time to experiment with the lighting.

Really good idea and nicely realised! Composition and light are good, and B&W fits well! One of the two 10 I gave in this challenge! Congrats!
