A photo from Red Bull Final Descent Winter Park. Didn't have much else so decided to enter something at least. Meh.

Regarding cropping things, I definitely could have, as this is uncropped. I kept it like this to keep the changing aspen in and to keep a context, but I agree it would strengthen the action if I tightened it down.

Nice job catching the action. However, I think you could have done better with this without the distracting background elements. Either using a shallower depth of field, or maybe cropping tighter on the racer.

Not sure what resolution you had to play with, but I think a much tighter crop losing the chairs and some of the dead space to the left would make it a more dynamic shot. I gave it a 6, but perhaps would give a 7 if it were cropped a bit.
