 It was dark under this wonderful tree canopy. I love this little road and I'm agraid that soon it will get paved over and the trees taken away.

I love how the trees arch over the road like a cathedral arch. :)

First Impressions:
A lovely photo! Very nicely done.

Technical (Comp, lighting, color, focus):
nice compostition, maybe not the sharpest of focus - not necessarily a bad thing in this situtation

Challenge:
A wonderful image for this challenge.

Artistic/Emotion:
A fine artistic job - love the way the road is just slightly off center - very good! I like how you captured the light at the end of the road, so instead of just being lead into the photo we can actually see where we are going.
On the emotional side, this is just perfect. I can't imagine anyone not seeing this photo without wishing they had this road to talk a walk on in the evening. A very calming picture.

Summary:
Nice photo, one which I think most people can relate to.
