Not going to make it till rollover (sleep is calling). Not sure where this photo is going to end up but without a doubt, it'll be a PB for me.

I cannot thank everyone enough for their wonderful comments throughout the challenge. It's been a crazy week. It started at a 6.9 with 60 votes and dropped to a 6.4 Then climbing back up slowly but surely.

This image was taken at a Herding class. These are sheep (just kept short) and are used to being worked on. My girlfriends Border Collie was working these sheep and as you can see --- they form this line on their own. Including some other pictures that were taken.

Thanks again for such wonderful comments and votes. It's the first photo I've entered in a few months and feels good. =)

Those are some well-trained sheep! They even lined up in a nice alternating color arrangement. Fabulous image, well-deserving of it's front page placement.

Congratz on your still excellent 5th place. I did see this ending in the top three with a ribbon though as I mentioned in my comment during voting.

On 3, I'll pass chuck the ball and everyone else block. Okay goats and football probably don't mix but it was the first thing that came to mine. Love the black and white on this one.

ROFL. An Australian herders dream? Oh you mean a sheepdog. :)
Nice B&W! What luck to get them together like that.

Amazing! Simple and relevant subject well captured from an unusual perspective, and treated nicely in B&W. I can picture it on greeting cards already :) I hope this gets the blue ribbon.

O. M. G.!!!!!!!1 O come on, did you arrange them? Was Babe your photo assistant???!!! They're like a vaudeville act waiting in the wings to go on stage. This image is perfection to me. Certainly front page, and most likely top three. Brilliant, and I love the progression of the head levels. In addition, the pp is top notch. A most unusual (for the clumped together-ness) and entertaining image. LOVE IT!!!!

I love this LOL I didn't realize that sheep (goats?) had long tails. Terrific shot.

A very fine photograph with a very tacky title; like building a beautiful Japanese garden and sticking a plaster gnome on the entrance path. That aside, it's a striking and well executed image.
