 My niece Shay loves pirates, and dresses up like this any chance she gets. When this challenge was announced, I knew we had to do something.

Unfortunately, we live in the Appalachian Mountains, which don't look oceany AT ALL, so I had to find somewhere that looked at least rugged. This was on a popular walking nature trail, so she got a lot of exposure. ahhahahah

Not a lot of post processing. Some clarify. some work on the eyes. warmed it up, resized.

We want to do a "Pirates of Haywood County" series and take her pictures at all the "landmarks" in our area. :P

Tricky one. It seems a little dim? Perhaps some fill flash (a la Fotoman_forever) would have brought her out of the shadows? Also she looks more scared than angry.
