 Photo of my 13 year old son, Hávar Snær, taken especially for this challenge... just hours before deadline.

Converted to BW high key in Lightroom, cropped and made some tonal adjustment before exporting to PS for levels, curves, Noise Ninja and some dodging; resized, sharpened, framed and saved for the web.

I didn't give this a great score on my first pass thru the entries, but I've just bumped it up a bit. I now think it's actually one of the nicer shots in this challenge and I hope gets some decent appreciation.

I am so digging this shot. Love the perspective. Love the shallow focus that highlights the lashes and freckles. Works for me just fine.
