A Sribbly Gum tree which are quite common in Sydney. The scibbles are created but a moth larvae (that latin name in the title). These are created vertically but I've rotated the image 90deg to achieve the seismographic effect. I've played with the PP (Topaz adjust and oversharpening) to produce the artistic (to me) effect.

This shot is for fun and personal expression. I have no expectations for this to do well, especially in a FS, as it doesn't demonstrate photographic skills and would probably not appeal to most DPC voters. Therefore, my prediction is 5.1xxx but most likely it will be in the high 4's.
