I loved this and it did indeed remind me of Turner! Congratulations on a top 20 finish but I really thought this would place higher.

You definitely accomplished your goal. The greenish hue to the sky is very reminiscent of 19th century paintings of this genre.

Dramatic sky. Wouldn't want to be there! Looks like a painting. Turner always said that he wouldn' paint a sky he saw, which is why he always made them up. He would certainly love this rendition!
