| Sorry but this just seems a bit soft and out of focus. And there really doesn't seem to be any impied or otherwise action that anyone is observing. |

| i like the coloring here, and the composition, the way its set up makes the waiter look more like a bystander of the image instead of the focus! nice job! |

| Very colorful, and I like the overhead lighting on the objects. Just a bit crooked, and not crooked enough to be a real tilt. |

| the photo doesn't look too much artistic and the "bystander"(waiter) is actually part of the main action since he's talking to the bartender |
