 The botanical garden features scarecrows every year--this year has a theme of Movie Characters. This one is (of course) The Joker. They painted up a styrofoam wig-head & put a wig on it. This one is processed in CS4.

VERY freaky and life like. Made me wonder what happened to the tip of his nose. Then I read the notes.
