| I'd like a bit more lighting on the eyes, since this appears to be a posed portrait. I'm alright with the contrasty scene, but the eyes are a natural focal point for the viewer. |

| newspapers run headshots all the time, but they fall more into the 'portrait' category than the 'pj' category. as is, this one's a little soft and the lighting is not that flattering... |
