Risked life and limb to stand out in the street and take umpteen images of various angles and settings at sundown (for good lighting) of the movie marquee at the local mall, illustrating the Freedom of Speech. With my selected image, I cropped the size down to feature just the marquee. I brightened up the white panels and lettering on the sign. Upt the contrast on the black letters. I changed the color to red on the "Farenheit 911" to emphasize the subject of "Freedom of Speech". Then I brightened up the sky just a tad, adjusting the blue hues.

Are you sure this was within the date guidelines? ;) Just kidding.

technically a fine shot -- it doesn't quite have it artistically ;(

I agree with the sentiment. Was F 9-11 the only name in red, or was this post-processing?

Kind of stretch and not very compelling subject matter.

Interesting take on the challenge. I bet you get a bunch of angry comments. Personally I think you are right on the money. Whether you agree with what Michael Moore says or not what freedom is about is his ability to say what he has to say, critical of our president or not. That is the freedom we all enjoy. Photographically I consider this to be right in the middle - 5 for the photo, 7 for the idea = 6.
