 Duckie on a mirror, lit from above, shot with DIY macro - Fresnel lens (credit card shaped flat lens) in front of the objective - this way you can substantially reduce focus distance and achieve greater magnification - the problem with macro mode on G11 is that on with max telephoto the focus distance is around 50 cm, but if you stick a lens in front the distance gets to only a few cm!
