Tried over-editing and here it actually looks quite interesting, let's see how it goes through. This is my son Lenart, and I hope his naughtiness is evident from his expression. The oxymoron from the title would be very familiar to all that have any contact with small children :)
Edit: Topaz (Adjust exposure), Levels (overdone to wash out the background), slight s-curve for contrast, desaturation in red, green, blue, magenta, resize, unsharp mask, gaussian blur, fade 20% normal, usm again, border, sfw.

does that baby have a tongue ring? oh no, this is just a saliva bubble. i'm no fan of piercing in babies, i'm even agains't earring in such small kids. |
