 Took this with a polarizer. The sun is so extreme that it's difficult to get a photo that is not blown out.

I fussed with this to make it fancy. Finally I dumped it in the recycle bin. Then I was retrieving something else and saw the thumb and thought, it's not that bad. So here I'll put it in wotever, because I feel that's what it is.

By the way - the greens are not that green. It's an optical illusion achieved through Nik Efex Foliage. The green juices up the monotone colors in my opinion.

Very interesting sky and cloud formations. I think it's a keeper, especially with the added greens in the foreground.

The greens may not be naturally that green, but it looks natural. That's what counts! I think it's a good, strong image. The clouds are fab!

It's not that bad... Perhaps a bit soft but that's the lens.
It's a like-able image, simple and nicely composed. Good use of Polarizer.

this is absolutely amazing alicia .. i can feel the heat .. !! ..& those clouds combined with the rocks which look almost superimposed .. well the whole image seems to just jump out of the page ... glad you retrieved it .. :)
