Boone is 1 1/2. He's a border collie/lab mix. He loves nothing as much as his bouncy ball. I've tried every kind and this Chunk-It brand seems to be the one he can't destroy. He will retrieve it until his tongue is a foot long. In this heat, I do short sessions several times a day so he doesn't get too hot. I loved his shifty eyes. :)

It looks as if Boone has a lot of energy. You have captured him (I am thinking) before he is ready to get up and have another go and saying something like, 'Please, please, throw it again'

LOL. Love the shifty eyes. What you don't know is that he has timer and in exactly fifteen minutes he will insist that you start throwing that ball again... and again... and again......

Chunk it, huh? I'll have to look this brand up to see where I can get it. I've yet to encounter a toy my dog can't eat. What I really need is an indestructible stuffed toy. He loves his "babies". They usually only last a few days though. Boone looks very happy indeed!

He looks so happy. He almost looks a little tired with his paws curled under... not that he wouldn't chase it again if you threw it for him.

Lovely color scheme in this shot. I like the "Well when are you going to put that stupid camera down and throw it again?" look.

Lovely shot of Boone, Judy. He sure has grown up. I'll have to look out for a ball like that.

* What a cool dog. I had a boxer that also loved a ball. Oliver would play with one all day. I took him to work untill he got too old, and he would bounce his ball off things in the shop and had uncanny ball control with his feet and head. He would play all day long. I guess you can tell, I miss him.

"I'm only tolerating the camera because I'm too exhausted to get up and walk away."

Love it - the mile-long tongue and the object of his desire. Great catch - so to speak. ;o)

Ha ha Haa - good emphasis on the ball; but the good nature of the dog shows through bright and clear.
