Not a member [yet...] so I can't vote. Instead I'm clicking through the images and commenting on those that make me stop and look. This is one of those images.

I'm dying to come back after voting and see more about your processing. Its an effective homage to Norman Rockwell. Kudos. Hope it does well.

I find that HDR works better on objects than on people. The face is just too disturbing. The rest of the image is killer.

I would have loved to see slightly subtler editing, its a tiny bit too much for me. Nevertheless, this is a great portrait. His face, clothing, and surroundings certainly tell a story. I even like the wallet bulging in his pocket :-P
