shot in Raw, but settings in monochrome
LR 3, used the preset BW look 1, adjusted noise reduction and sharpness,
followed by PSE 8:
Layer, median 5 (I think), layer mask and erase effect on the marbles only. All the sratches and wipe marks on that table were showing badly. After eliminating the background scratches, a bit dodging on the white background, then some more cloning out irregularities. A last brightness, contrast adjustment, resizing, frame, adjust sharpness, save for web.
My... so much editing for lack of cleaning....
utter lack of ideas.... these are marbles on a white glass table
I was going to do "minimal dinner" with a few pills on a plate, but it looked so silly :) |
