 ... I have no idea what kind of flower, weed, plant this is, i've looked through google images, and I can not figure it out, in in FLorida, in wetlands type ground, they are tall flowers with green round leaves .. any ideas?


I really like the feel of this shot ... i shot through the chain link fence .. but the result makes it look like 2 photos are meshed .. even though they are not ... I like it ... we'll see if anyone else does.

These spikes of small flowers are a challenge to capture well, this one is excllent, mainly I think because of the light. The BG is interesting, & complementary (chain-link fence?). DOF leads my eye right to the main subject. Please accept this Gilded Lily & my humble admiration for a great floral capture!
