 The ramp wouldn't go down. Just a 20 minutes delay with nice weather, so it wasn't too bad.

Delays are maybe tolerable in good weather. A major Melbourne train station had a power outage for over an hour yesterday, leaving people in the cold and dark, and would you believe, the train from Melbourne to Ballarat (should be about 1 hour trip) ran out of fuel about the half way mark the other day.
