 Thank to all who commented. My thoughts after the challenge:
1. NEVER take a fabulous entry and try to make it better.
2. I didn't want to do exactly the same image but I shouldn't have tried to get more creative with it.
3. When I think of Librodo, I think of veils and wispy drapes around his models and tried to incorporate that with the little piece on the upper left.

Good image with nice lighting on the rose. The dark top left corner is distracting. IMHO, a tighter crop to eliminate that element would have been a benefit. Overall very good though.

this is pretty, and i like the soft lighting, but I prefer Librodo's shot. the crop focuses purely on the flower where here, you have extra elements (in particular the top left) that don't add anything to the shot.

I like this photo overall. I do prefer the original's top down view, as it gave the photo a dreamier look to it.

this is sooo pretty, soft I see only one flaw that could have been corrected the brown on the petal and possibly on the bottom of the picture as well...but this is stunning
