I already enter a picture of the same bulding for a previous challenge (Night Shot V). I wished to enter the same or similar picture. Hence I tried to get it but the condition changes as there is some bamboo where I took first the picture. I tried several things and went twice to get some thing nice. The first time I went, those red light were on. The second time, I only had white-yellow light. So select this one. I had not chance to go a third time due to poor weather condition.

I went twice because I forget the tripod the first time I went and so this picture is shot hand-held. Large aperture and high ISO help in some way but I still have to use a low speed shutter speed to have a decent picture.

Even though this is not a 100% sphere, it is still an interesting image. But not sure about the reddish tint on the building and bushes. Also see noise and sensor dust in the sky portion. Like the fisheye effect though.

That's a cool structure. With what looks like a fish-eye lens, it does feel a bit faked (which if so, good job on that!).
