The softness fits the scene. Wide aperture, and the 1/5 sec @ iso 800 explain the softness, probably not a focus problem. I love to shoot low light/ existing light, and seem to get some of my most interesting images that way.
I have a scale almost exactly like this somewhere in my barn.

It does look very weathered, and old. I like the textures and coloures. |

Nice colors and composition. Maybe it could be a little sharper, but it doesn't bother me. The softness goes well with the old materials. |
