I really don't like that fountain, who designed it? It looks like a child designed it! Sorry that has nothing to do with your image. It is a bit too busy for my personal taste. Perhaps you could try to get a bit closer?

An interesting subject, but to be honest, it comes off to me as a rather flat and uninteresting view. The cluttered background is a major problem and does not add any context to the scene. I wonder if there may have been some other perspective you could have shot this from? Perhaps close to one of the outlying balls, from a low perspective, so that the sky is the background. Don't know if that was doable or not, however.

Good find for the challenge. However, the photo has a bit of a snapshot feel to it. I think if you could have played with composition a bit (maybe by getting closer and only including half the structure), it could have had more impact.
