I like the colors and the luminosity in the sunset (having recently dabbled with sunsets for the first time), but it does look a bit like you've taken this to HDR and it's gone a bit wrong for you with the haloing and some other unusual artifacts.

Also, not sure if it was possible, but the girl seems kind of underexposed. And I'm not sure what emotion I'd call that on her face. Nothing jumps to mind.

Otherwise, it's a nice composition with the girl and sun and water. I'd probably slice about 10% or so off the top tho.
