A good environmental portrait. He's in uniform and there's a lot to see in his surroundings. I think you could have gotten a bit closer and not lost anything.

I love all the elements in this image, from the apron to the shelves in the background. I'm glad you used a fairly large DOF because all of those little details help create a wonderful atmosphere. The only thing I would like to see is a little bit more sharpening to bring out the detail in his face.
