no, his name is not Leonardo da Vinci, but he looks kind of like him in the modern disguise :). I didn't ask for his name (I probably should have). Super nice guy.

I was in Berkeley for a day, and had about an hour to take a photo for this challenge. here is the photo which I took and originally planned to enter

(I call him "Berkeley kid"). But then the following morning on the way out I bumped into this guy and asked him for a picture, and he graciously agreed. I like both portraits about equal, but the older guy ("Berkley dude", I call him) probably is more DPC-friendly. Alex ambaker made an interesting observation in a comment to my kid shot that the dude could be the kid some 40 years from now. It does ring true, doesn't it?

Damn you Lev!! You do know what this means, right? Since I said Bernard was going to finish highest for the Viewfinders, this blasted site will now be viewing a very high contrast shot in the near future. ;-) Butt(ha), I guess I won't complain too much seeing that you finished IN 6TH PLACE!

Trying to pick out the Steve (i.e. pawdrix) shot in this challenge. And I think this might be it. If it isn't, it's a huge compliment.
