| Great classic photo of classic architecture. Not sure if I like or dislike the halo effect, as it kind of works to separate the building from the sky. |

| i love how the sunlight is just licking the front columns - i just am not crazy about the harsh halo around the roofline |

| I'd like to know where this is - looks a bit too well preserved to be original. Nice angle and light - but the big imposing agreement for me needs a bit more context to make sense of it. |

When I see pictures like this, I always wonder to myself "Does the maker actually not SEE the halo around the subject?" Look at it in the thumnail and it's glaringly obvious.
It's otherwise a beautifully-rendered B/W conversion. |
