I was going to say I didn't see the point in the tilt for this, but after staring at it for a little bit I began to think of sea-legs. So maybe that's why you tilted it?

Simple and beautiful. The foreground is a little bit soft. Maybe zooming (or cropping) on the darker water would give more impact to it.
