Feedback, per your request:
I gave this a 6. I felt it was good, but not great. I liked the strong perspective, and the good contrast of the scene. What may have kept it from getting my higher vote is a fairly static composition. It seems too evenly divided between the large dark area of water and the buildings in the background. In fact, those building in the background are where my eye seems to be drawn, but the sharpest focus is on the fountain. I feel perhaps cropping about 15% off the large area of water at the bottom could have produced a more eye-leading composition. |
