 Not easy being the model and photographer at the same time ...
The black tears are garnets, I use for jewelry.
I put the camera on the tripod, used live view (olympus swivel screen) to know where my eye was and used the remote cable.

Yes, maybe I should have put (Man Ray) into the title. With a model it would have been so much easier....

You should have followed the original more closely you could have avoided the depth of field problems in this image.

Man Ray, yes? Nice concept and catches the starkness. Btw, you might have improved your chances with some voters if you had included the name of the photographer in your title! :-)
